Product Description
The core material of anti-climb spikes is typically high-carbon steel. After high-temperature quenching, it can reach a hardness of HRC50 or above. It has strong shear and bending resistance and can effectively resist violent damage. The surface treatment uses a hot-dip galvanizing process, with a zinc layer thickness of over 80μm. This can form a dense protective film in harsh environments such as humidity and fog, significantly improving corrosion resistance and providing a service life of over 10 years. Some high-end products are coated with a polyethylene layer over the galvanized layer, which not only further enhances weather resistance but also prevents scratches during installation. The spikes are specially polished to a sharp triangular edge structure, which not only ensures deterrence but also prevents dulling after long-term use.
